📍Boat Shed Bay, Waiheke

Inspired by the forms of nearby historic boatsheds, the Boatshed Bay project by Patterson Associates is a casual yet luxurious holiday home designed to accommodate both separate and integrated living for extended family and guests.

Secluded on its own golden sand beach, the home is privately nestled within a natural amphitheatre of gently sloping hills.

The project features extensive paving in our Belgium Bluestone Agrippa finish — flowing seamlessly from the pool and coping to the steam room and laundry (not pictured).

Nostalgic yet natural— ceramic Heath tiles soften the lines between past and present.

Handcrafted in California since 1959, Heath has spent decades refining its distinctive collection of ceramic tiles. With over 100 glazes across seven tile lines, each piece is still made on their uniquely developed Manganese clay body.
