Natural volcanic basalt was used to create a truly civic waterfront promenade.  Connecting the restaurants of North Wharf to Jellicoe St which is totally constructed of small stone cobbles creating a rumbled texture whilst maintaining a sophisticated simplicity.  Other stages of the surrounding streets and apartments working with the cobbled theme achieving a timeless and sophisticated urban environment.
