Company Milestones
It became apparent that there was a gap in the market for quality natural stone paving for streetscapes and public spaces so with the foresight of designer and Designsource Director John Hughes Designsource Contract was formed in 1998 to focus on this evolving market.

22,000m² of natural stone supplied across Auckland, including Queen St, Elliott, Fort, Darby, Federal and Commerce Streets.

With 25 years in the design industry, including 19 years at Designsource, Rebecca Lorenzon stepped into the role of Director following a distinguished career built on enduring relationships and a commitment to design excellence. Her deep industry knowledge, trusted connections, and progressive vision continue to guide Designsource into its next chapter, building on a legacy of exceptional materials, architectural expertise, and genuine partnership.
