Stone Used
Masu Restaurant, Sky City
Moller Architects
From the first step across natural paving to the sculptural Alpine Grey Granite bar, a carefully curated stone palette defines the dining experience.
Overview
Completed in 2013, this contemporary Japanese restaurant is defined by an organic and enduring material palette. At its heart, Alpine Grey Granite forms the bar as a sculptural focal point, introducing depth, texture and contrast within the finely crafted interior. Externally, granite and Jura Limestone paving establish a distinguished arrival, extending the material language into the streetscape. Together, the natural stone palette reinforces the project's commitment to premium materiality, complementing its meticulous detailing and dynamic dining experience.
