Designed by Sumich Chaplin Architects, this contemporary Remuera residence reinterprets the existing house footprint, extending around established gardens and a central pool. Seagrass limestone anchors the outdoor experience, with expansive paved terraces extending from the main living spaces to create natural flow between interior and landscape. Finished in a flamed texture for durability and slip resistance, the stone continues throughout the poolside living areas, unifying the home's outdoor spaces with a refined material palette.
